George Vella fields questions about rule-of-law, limits to his own 'liberalism'... and his intention to put his unique stamp on the office 40 days since his inauguration as President of Malta. 

The former Foreign Affairs Minister assumed office on April 4, taking over from Marie-Louise Coleiro Preca and before her term George Abela - both known for their social initiatives.
