In Northern Catalonia, the mountainous province of La Garrotxa has numerous non-active volcanoes. Fermi Corominas raises his own pigs there and continues the culinary traditions of the region. His wife specialises in making ‘patatas de Olot’, croquet potatoes stuffed with meat and seasoned with spices.
