▪ When goods ordered are not delivered within 30 days from order or by the agreed delivery date, consumers must write to the seller/supplier requesting goods to be delivered by a specific date.

▪ A contract of sale may be cancelled if the seller is unable to neither meet the agreed date nor the date specified by the consumer in the letter sent to the seller.

▪ When the contract of sale includes delivery the seller is responsible for items that are either lost or damaged in transit.

▪ It is the consumers’ responsibility to report damaged goods as soon as possible. If a reasonable time frame for reporting damages is stipulated in the contract of sale, this must be respected by consumers.
