HR Manager

A well established international advisory firm is seeking to employ an experienced HR Manager.

Job duties include:

  • Day to day managing of the HR function and HR operations, documenting and maintaining HR processes to improve services and maintain operational efficiency
  • Ensuring the smooth operation of all internal processes and procedures and coordinating activities with the respective internal functions as needed
  • Ensuring efficient administration of all people - related systems and processes
  • Coordinating recruitment processes
  • Ensuring that existing HR policies and procedures are kept updated to ensure compliance with local legislation
  • Oversee and monitoring of existing health and safety policies and processes.
  • Overseeing On-boarding and Exiting procedures
  • Participating in relevant projects as the need arises

Skills and Qualifications required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a relevant field
  • Proficiency in the English language, both verbally and written
  • Understanding of IT systems and processes
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a HR related role
  • Proficiency in local Employment Law
