Office Administrator

An investment management service provider is looking to employ an Office Administrator:

Responsibilities:

  • Issuance of Company invoices (Revenue) and paying of expenditure invoices
  • Relaying of bank statements and supporting documentation to the accountants
  • Assisting in NAV calculations of various Funds under management
  • Assisting with the preparation of monthly Fund Factsheets
  • Handling of incoming and outgoing calls
  • Setting up meetings and appointments
  • Maintenance of all data in the company's database
  • Assisting the Compliance Officer with Various reporting requirements

Requirements:

  • A degree in Banking and Finance will be considered an asset
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a Financial Service provider will be considered an asset
