Project Manager

General Overview:

Project manager is responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation, executive, control and completion of project, while remaining aligned with strategy, commitments and goals coming from Management.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Work under the supervision of the Management

• Oversee projects and operations

• Help define project scope, goals and timeline

• Define and manage tasks and required resources

• Support and direct teams

• Monitor and report on project progress to meet deadlines

• Evaluate and assess result of project

• Take care of recruitment

• Other duties as assigned by the Management Requirements:

• Educational background - Degree Level, preferably in the fields of engineering or computer science

• Proven at least 3 Years of working experience as a Project Manager in a genuine Agile software development organization.

• Deep understanding of Agile and Scrum principles

• Experience with Jira

• Solid background in Technical IT roles and/or Digital space

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Fluent in English and French both in writing and speaking

• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

• Must demonstrate exceptional judgment, discretion and professional courtesy

• Able to work in a high pressure environment with changing priorities

• Able to manage multiple and shifting priorities, highly effective in dealing with ambiguity Even Better If You Have

• Experience in program management

• Strong Project Management abilities
