Senior Affiliate Manager

Senior Affiliate Manager required to join an established Gaming company based in Malta.


Main responsibilities:

  • Assisting in growing existing online affiliate programs for maximum customer exposure
  • Identifying and recruit new affiliate market partnerships
  • Creating and implement marketing strategies aimed at gaining the response from potential affiliates
  • Analyzing affiliate performance and handle any imminent disputes
  • Handling deal negotiations and reporting activities with affiliate partners
  • Reviewing new partnership offers, and provide appropriate feedback
  • Creating and maintaining liaison with operations, accounting and sales to ensure that affiliates’ needs are efficiently managed
  • Handle ongoing development and deployment of fresh marketing materials
  • Creating proposals and presentations to engender new business development
  • Ensuring that affiliate activity is monitored and performance is analyzed correctly

Skills Required:

  • Minimum of 3 working years experience in Affiliate within the gaming industry
  • Proven track record of successfully handling key accounts
  • Experience with the following Markets is an asset NL, DE (DACH), NO, FI, CA, NZ and Japan
  • Able to work as part of a team and on own initiative
  • Knowledge of affiliation systems
