The Malta Financial Services Authority has warned that website http://www.stock-binary.com/contact.html is misleading the public by using in its “contact page” the name and details of a genuine firm authorised by the MFSA, thus giving the erroneous impression that the entity is licensed by the authority to provide investment services.

The MFSA said the public, in Malta and abroad, should refrain from undertaking any business or transactions with this entity.

A list of licensed entities is available from the MFSA and its official website at http://www.mfsa.com.mt/pages/licenceholders.aspx.
