I was under the impression that Bizazza Street in Sliema is a pedestrian zone. Two Saturdays ago, cars drove down and parked on the left hand side. Being a Saturday evening, there were children playing there and people walking down to the restaurants along the Strand.
This must be a habitual thing because the paving is already stained with oil. It seems that nowadayscars are more important thanhuman beings.
Can’t we walk down a street without chocking on fumes?
