Din l-Art Ħelwa will on Saturday be organising a tour to heritage sites and properties under its care.

One can visit St Agatha Tower, known as The Red Tower, enjoy the splendid views of the Gozo and Comino channel, the Santa Maria tower in Comino and the White tower at Marfa. Patrons will stroll along the Natura 2000 site at Mellieħa with a Natura 2000 ranger and visit the Roman Beehives.

The tour will be coodinated by Ian Camilleri, a DLĦ volunteer.

A donation of €10 paid in advance secures booking on a first-come-first-served basis. The tour starts at 9am. All participants are to meet at the Msida Bastions Historic Gardens in Floriana by 8.45am.

Minivan transport will be provided to the site and it will stay with the group for the duration of the tour.

The tour will end at about 12.30pm, returning participants to Msida Bastion Historic Gardens. It is suggested that participants take a bottle of water with them.
