When Autobuses De Leon (Alesa) took over the running of public transport buses, I had expected that discipline among some drivers would be better enforced. The episodes of lack of discipline are too evident to overlook and too numerous to list here. Reports are made but little improvement is evident.

I suggest Transport Malta set up a customer complaints section on its website, where each complaint is referenced and a follow-up is made available to the public.
