Reuben Attard was born in Romania in 1986 and has been living in Malta since 1990.

His formative years were spent at Vincenzo Bugeja Secondary School and later at Higher Secondary School where he concentrated on Classical Studies. Mr Attard obtained six Advanced Level certificates in the Sciences together with Philosophy, Theology and Mathematics.

Later on he achieved a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Parapsychology from the University of Oxford.

However, his studies did not end with his BA degree. Mr Attard is a bookworm in the true sense of the word. Not only does he read Esoteric studies, lost civilisations - such as the Hellenic Societies, today mistakenly labelled "Greek Societies" - and Primordial Societies, such as our own prehistoric society of which we have so many archaeological remains; when he is not reading books, he spends his spare time restoring the said books, together with others of interest.

Currently Mr Attard is reading a Diploma in Telecoms at MCAST which is part of his ongoing and seemingly never ending quest for knowledge.

His aims at the moment are two. He has submitted his candidature for the MEP elections; however his pet project is that of establishing a college catering exclusively for gifted people. The college will not cater solely for gifted children he believes, as does Nietzsche, that gifted children who have had to conform to society and have degraded and suffocated themselves, can reinvigorate and rebalance his psyche and via meditation, self awareness and knowledge of self, regain that which was lost in mainstream education.

Mr Attard is also a businessman and is in fact Company Director for an Insurance Agency which is an old established family business.
