These are the main stories featured in today's Maltese newspapers:

Times of Malta reports that the Cabinet changes announced last week will bloat costs by €1 million a year. It says that the Cabinet is now larger than that of
many medium-sized EU member states. The secondary story says that the police are investigating the Mosta-Pembroke football match played last week over
possible match fixing after they were alerted to suspicious betting activity.

In-Nazzjon says new reports show that Minister Konrad Mizzi and chief of staff Keith Schembri did their utmost to open secret bank accounts around the world.

L-oriżżont reports that the €1.8 billion trust fund set up after the Valletta migration summit might not be sufficient to bring about change in Africa. It also reports that a father was charged in court of defiling his disabled eight-year-old daughter.

The Malta Independent says the Prime Minister's chief of staff had created layers of secrecy and hid ownership of a company in the British Virgin Islands just weeks after the general election.
