Ethics is a process of choices and decision-making that we all use as we travel our path in life whether as leaders, opinion makers, professionals or workers. The desire for appropriate behaviour and the desire to live a good life govern our existence, which at times presents us with a fine line between what is acceptable and what is not, and which is not always easy to decipher.
