For the past four years Amy Sciberras, a conservator-restorer, has worked on a variety of artifacts from the excavations of the ancient city of Pompeii in Italy, to the conservation and reassembling of excavated fragments of frescoed walls, once belonging to the Medieval Monastery of San Vincenzo al Volturno in Campania, to Roman frescoes.
