Two musicians to represent Malta in Italy music festival

Kellyann Spiteri and Kurt Falzon won the Bice Mizzi Vassallo competition

Two musicians will be representing Malta in the 42nd edition of the prestigious MusicaRiva Festival in Italy later this month.

Pianist Kellyann Spteri and violinist Kurt Falzon earned their place in the international festival after winning the Bice Mizzi Vasallo music competit6ion organized by the National Council of Women Malta.

Spiteri will attend advanced piano masterclasses with renowned pianist Maestro Roberto Prosseda, while Kurt Falzon, winner of the String Section, will participate in violin masterclasses led by acclaimed violinist Davide Alogna.

The masterclasses will be held at the Conservatorio F.A. Bonporti in Rival del Garda.

The  experience will culminate in a concert performance by the two Maltese musicians on July 25 at Palazzo Martini, as part of the festival programme.
