Born in Malta, Norman Lowell considers himself a European in every sense of the word.
A qualified banker, a martial arts expert he founded Ch'uan Shu on the island. He considers himself to be a dedicated artist in his own abstract style: Dionysian Action Painting.
Widely traveled, Mr Lowell witnessed at first hand the collapse of Rhodesia - then, that of South Africa. He sought the underlying reasons for the continued poverty, chaos in that rich continent, inhabited by the Kaffrids. He met men of erudition, High Culture Bearers who imbued in him a Vision.
Mr Lowell is the author of Credo: A Book for the Very Few - that is now a rarity, a collector's item, eagerly sought. He is about to launch his magnum opus: Imperium Europa: The Book that Changed the World.
Mr Lowell is determined to form a New Right grouping in Brussels, to steer a new course for Europe. He will launch Imperium Europa from Malta on December 21, 2012.
