Valletta will play tomorrow's match against Irish team St Patrick Athletic like they do not enjoy an advantage, Valleta's Dutch player Jordi Cruyff told Kevin Azzopardi in an interview today.
Valletta drew 1-1 in their away game in Ireland in the Europa League second qualifying round encounter and thus enjoy the away goal advantage.
But Cruyff is being realistic. "We have to play the game like it's 0-0... we have an objective and we have to try to win."
The match will be played at the Centenary Stadium in Ta' Qali.
It will be aired live on Channel 702 – Melita Sports 2 starting from 5:15 p.m., kick off at 5:30 p.m.
The winner of the round will face Krylya Sovetov Samara of Russia. Should Valletta win, they would become the first Maltese team to pass two rounds of a European competition.
