Nepalese teenager Khagendra Thapa Magar gesturing in his home town of Pokhara, some of 200 kilometres west of Kathmandu, yesterday. Mr Thapa is the world’s shortest teen who is waiting to be declared the world’s smallest person on tomorrow when he turns 18. Officials from the Guinness World Records have arrived in Pokhara to measure the 22-inch teen, and are expected to make the declaration. The Thapa family has announced that they will be celebrating his birthday with his friends, families and national and international media.
