Carmen Buttigieg

BUTTIGIEG. On July 2, at St Vincent de Paule residence, CARMEN, née Aquilina, aged 72, of Marsa, residing at Ta’ Paris, Birkirkara, passed away peacefully comforted by the rites of Holy Church. She leaves to mourn her loss her husband Joseph, her son William, her brothers Raymond and his wife Jennifer, Mario and his wife Catherine, Joseph and his wife Mary Isabelle, David John and his wife Pauline, her in-laws, their respective families, nephews and nieces, relatives and friends. The funeral cortège leaves St Vincent de Paul residence tomorrow, Saturday, July 4, at 7.45am, for St Francis of Assisi church, Ta’ Paris, Birkirkara, where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 8.30am, followed by interment in the family grave at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. Lord, grant her eternal rest.

RIPARD. On July 1, JOHN C., passed away peacefully at home, spiritually held by his family, to join his late wife Rosette. He leaves to mourn his sad loss his children Rachel and her husband Michael Scicluna, John and his wife Emma, Erika, and Stephanie and her husband Andrew Calascione; his 12 grandchildren Sebastian, Daniel, Jade, Thomas, Mark, Sam, Michelle, Luke, Julia, Camille, Andrea and Emily together with their respective partners; his 14 adoring great-grandchildren, his sister-in-law Dora and her respective family; his extended family and numerous friends. He is also mourned by his loving carers Marvin and Teresa, to whom the family is forever grateful. A celebration of his life will be held on Tuesday, July 7, at 10am, at the Sanctuary of the Divine Mercy, San Pawl tat-Tarġa.

WOODS. On July 1, ELIZABETH, passed away peacefully, comforted by the rites of Holy Church. She leaves to mourn her loss her sisters Marthese Pullicino, Natalie Soler, Josianne Vella Zarb, Diane Sladden, and her brother Edward, in-laws, nephews and nieces, her many close friends and her devoted carer Mercy Castro. Mass præsente cadavere will be said today, Friday, July 3, at 8.30am, at Our Lady of Lourdes parish church, San Ġwann, followed by interment at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. May she rest in peace.

JONES – CHRISTOPHER NEIL. Remembering with much love and fond memories our dearest nephew on the 28th anniversary of his passing away, close to his 18th birthday. Deeply missed by Martin and Petrina, Rosanne, Myra and cousins.

SCHRANZ – FREDERICK. On the 49th anniversary of his demise, remembered with love and gratitude by his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Lord, grant him eternal rest.

ZAMMIT LA ROSA – ROSIE. Cherished and loving memories of a dedicated and caring mother, today the 16th anniversary of her meeting with the Lord. Remembered with much love by her children Sandro, Liliana and Renato, their spouses and grandchildren. May the Lord grant her eternal rest. Today’s 7pm Mass at Jesus of Nazareth parish church, Sliema, is being offered for the repose of her soul.

Remembering CONNIE MIFSUD, née ELLUL today being the 12th anniversary of her demise. Always in our thoughts. Her husban d Emanuel, daughter Nadia and husband J.P., grandson Ozzy, her sisters, relatives and friends. Rest in peace
