Driver grievously injured in Żebbuġ Mdina Road crash

Accident reported at 11pm on Wednesday

A driver was grievously injured in a car crash on Mdina Road in Żebbuġ late on Wednesday.

The police said in a statement that the man, a 26-year-old from Mellieħa, was driving a Toyota IQ.

The other driver involved in the 11pm crash - a 21-year-old from Żebbuġ - was driving a Volkswagen Golf.

Police investigations are ongoing.
