The following are the main stories in Tuesday's newspapers

Times of Malta, The Malta Independent, L-Orizzont and In-Nazzjon all lead with reports about the courts throwing out an appeal by Steward Health Care seeking to reverse a previous judgement on the hospitals deal which voided the "fraudulent" agreement.

L-Orizzont also reports on Prime Minister Robert Abela's speech, where he said that the PN is turning the "sensitive issue" of the hospitals deal into "political spin".

It also features a report on the joint funeral of Joseph Bartolo and Carmen Abela, who were killed in a Marsa garage on October 15.

In-Nazzjon reports on the PN's motion urging the Government to take Steward Health Care to court to recover €400 million that "were stolen" through the hospitals' deal.
