No one was injured when a container fell off a small trailer just outside the Għajn  Dwieli Tunnel on Monday morning.

Readers informed Times of Malta about the incident at around 8.30am.

The police said no one was injured and no vehicles were damaged.

The road, connecting Paola and Cospicua, was cleared at around 9am and was reopened for traffic.
