The Hamrun-Marsa road has been completely reopened for traffic after the carriageway to Marsa was limited to one lane because of the presence of debris, which fell onto a sliproad yesterday afternoon. The sliproad has also been reopened.

The closure yesterday had created long traffic jams from the exit of the St Venera tunnels. Policemen were on site to direct traffic.
