A 34-year-old motorcyclist from Għaxaq was seriously injured on Sunday in a collision in the Gudja bypass.

The police said the motorcyclist was driving a Honda XR250 that was involved in a collision with a Nissan Micra driven by a 36-year-old man from Gudja.

He was hospitalised. The police are investigating.
