Obituaries
BORG. On December 23, GUIDO, aged 80, from Balzan residing in Lija, passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving family and comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He will always be loved and cherished by his daughters Fleur and her husband Ivan Mifsud Bons and Christine, his precious grandchildren Cristina and Daniel, his siblings, his in-laws and all their families together with his numerous friends. The funeral cortège leaves Mater Dei Hospital on Friday, December 27 for the parish church of Balzan, where mass to celebrate his life will be said at 8.30am, followed by interment in the family grave at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. The family would like to thank all the healthcare professionals involved in his care. May the Lord grant him eternal rest.
CAUCHI. On December 22 at St Vincent de Paul, IRIS, widow of Edgar, beloved mother of Jennifer and John, passed away peacefully after a long illness. Funeral mass will be held on Thursday, December 26 at 9.30am at Stella Maris parish church, Sliema. Lord, grant her eternal rest.
RIZZO NAUDI. In loving memory of IRIS who on December 23, at the age of 100, went to meet the risen Lord. She leaves to mourn here passing her children Rosetta, Annabella, Antonello, in-laws, grandchildren, great grandchildren, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. Funeral mass will be held today, Friday, December 27 at 8am at the Msida parish church. May the Lord grant her eternal rest.
