Archbishop Charles J Scicluna has announced the appointment of three new parish priests.

Fr Charles Cini was appointed archpriest of Floriana.

He previously served as vice parish priest of Zebbuġ, parish priest of Savona, Italy, vice parish priest of Luqa and assistant director of  Dar l-Emigrant. 

Fr Mark Mallia Pawley was appointed archpriest of Dingli, having previously been vice archpriest of the same locality. 

Fr Simon Sciberras was appointed parish priest of Msida, where he served as vice parish priest for 14 years. He was later Rector of the church of the Risen Christ in Tarxien.
