The latest addition to the Citroën range, the "fun and funky" Citroën C1, is now in Malta.

Designed to carry four people, its makers say it is uncompromising on safety and has an engine that combines economy with impressive performance.

The C1 has two body styles, three-door and five-door, and comes in two engines, petrol (68 bhp 1.0i) and diesel (54 bhp HDi). It also has two gearboxes, manual and automated (SensoDrive), and two levels of trim.

L-Ispjun contestants will be at the car's launch at the 2006 Motor Fair in Naxxar between Wednesday and April 2.

Muscat Motors are offering test drives.
