APS Bank has announced a number of appointments to its retail and commercial banking teams.

Aaron Mifsud and Mario Gauci have been appointed senior managers overseeing the retail and commercial arms. Lana Degiorgio, Alexia Bonanno Cesare, Arnold Buttigieg and Sinclair Cassar were promoted to managers of Attard, Sliema, Mosta and Floriana branches respectively, while Sharon Mallia moves to the management of the bank’s Birkirkara branch. Antonella Curmi and Dorothy Sammut continue to lead Gozo and Paola branches.

Qormi, Żejtun and Rabat mini-branches are now under the leadership of James Flores, Tanya Borg and Amanda Mizzi, respectively.

Stephanie Attard, Jeremy Noah Agius, Daniel Borg and Daniel Bonnici join Joseanne Gauci and Ray Brockdorff as relationship managers within the bank’s strengthened Commercial Centre. Bernard Grech leads the trade finance section while Charles Massa manages the Loan Administration Unit.

“We are confident that the changes will increase value to our customers, consolidating experience, efficiency and professionalism of service. Seven of 10 branch managers are now women, something we are especially proud of,” said head of banking Anthony Buttigieg.
